2000

Mark Cusick co-founded ZRG Partners as a data-driven executive search and talent management firm. ZRG partners with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies to optimize human capital. ZRG developed the Z Score as the most advanced data-driven hiring platform. Currently, ZRG Partners is the 7th largest executive search firm in the world.

Rain launched as a talent platform for accurate hiring of talent, supporting the construction and home services staffing market.

Rain Global launched its Staff Augmentation division, offering On-Demand Talent.

Rain Academy was implemented as an online training platform.
